Assessments

Assessments are $333 for the year. Assessments may be paid in three equal installments due January 1st, May 1st, and September 1st of each year. If the installment payments are not made by the end of the month in which they are due, a late fee of $10 will be assessed.

You may go online at Truist to make the payment, however, there will be a convenience fee charged for debit or credit card payments. Payments made by card should post the next business day. There is no charge for payments by e-check. Payments made by e-check may take up to 4 business days to process.  Please be sure to make your payments well in advance of the payment due date to help ensure that they are received by the Association in time to avoid a late fee. Also - please be sure to enter the correct information from your bank account when doing an echeck.  If the account is incorrect/not found and returned, there will be returned check fees added to the account.

Coupon books for the payment of the assessments are mailed out each December. Please use the coupons, or set up your billpay according to the instructions in the book. Sending a check directly to the bank without a coupon will delay the posting of your payment.  Your coupons are for Truist, and you may take your payment and coupon to any branch.  

Functions that take place at Glenwood are for all Glenwood homeowners and renters, as long as the assessments are paid. Please be sure that your assessments are paid by the end of the month in which they are due to prevent any delay in letting you have access to the pool and recreation events.
